Wine Dinner

The focus of this dinner is to explore the relationship between wine and food, specifically how wine responds to sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami. We’ll begin with a sparkling wine reception in the lounge and then move to the dining room for a five-course dinner with wine pairings.
