Server/Cocktailer

North 40 Chophouse is seeking a dynamic, service driven Server/Cocktailer to join our team!

This part time position will wait tables, floating between our dining room and piano lounge as needed.  We’ll expect you to provide a polished yet relaxed experience for all guests and be of exemplary appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the highest level of customer service through friendly demeanor and service-driven attitude.
• When possible, anticipate and deliver the guest’s needs prior to being asked.
• Maximizes sales through knowledge of food and beverage offerings, sharing specials, and suggestive selling.
• Prepares final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges
• Attends mandatory wine and cocktail tastings or scheduled meetings to improve knowledge and efficiency.
• Attends and participates in pre-shift meetings.
• Performs assigned side work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ fine dining restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance as is standard in an upscale fine dining establishment.
• Ability to support face paced working environment.
• Reliability and ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to excel in a team environment.
